Concert Tickets Terms and Conditions.
Available Concert Tickets may be purchased online through this Web site. www.PINOYGROCERY.com
Payment Option:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal transactions. All orders will have an additional charge of 3.5% to cover credit card / paypal transaction fees.
Delivery Method:
There are 3 options to obtain your tickets:
1. By Mail. Your tickets will be shipped via US Postal Service Certified Mail. Shipping and handling fee for this service is $6.95. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery of tickets after your payment has been processed. Since we are sending your tickets via USPS Certified Mail that needs a recipient signature, order with P.O. BOX ADDRESS will not be processed. To give us enough time to process and deliver your tickets, please order your tickets at least 7 days before the actual event date. Orders received less than a week before the actual Event date will be processed as WILL-CALL. 2. Store Pickup. Buy online and pickup your tickets at our Store Outlet at 811 South Mason Rd, suite 116, Katy TX 77450. Tickets are available for pickup at our Store during normal business hours only. 3. WILL-CALL (Event Day Pickup) Orders with this option can pick up their tickets at the Event Venue. Please arrive at least an hour before the Event Time to allow time to pick up your tickets. Tickets will only be available at the PinoyGrocery booth in the Event location
Documents required to pickup Tickets: (For Store Pick up and Will Call delivery Method)
To protect your tickets, A COPY OF YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT RECEIPT(S) and a valid ID are required when picking up your tickets. No receipt, no tickets!
In case you need somebody to pickup your tickets, you will need to write an authorization letter for the person picking up the tickets for you. A copy of the credit card you use for payment must also be attached to the authorization letter.
Refund policy :
Concert Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please safeguard your tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets are valid only for the event and seats for which they are issued. There are no refunds or exchanges for unused tickets.
All sales completed though PinoyGrocery are final. We do not allow refund or exchange on any order once it has been confirmed, so please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations prior to completing your order. Once tickets are issued, they can not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. PLEASE SAFEGUARD YOUR TICKETS.

Ticket availability is subject to change without notice. We are just acting as a sales agent for show promoters. Please call before ordering if you have any question regarding ticket availability.
Ticket Resale:
Tickets are not for resale. The resale of tickets may be subject to state and local laws and regulations. Any violation of such laws may result in your prosecution by such agencies. PinoyGrocery.com assumes no liability arising from your resale or attempted resale of tickets purchased through us.
